What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness Along With Diarrhea?

I feel like I m getting sick. I noticed yesterday that I felt weak and dizzy throughout the day. Last night I experienced diarrhea throughout the night. Today the weakness continues with additional symptoms of a tickly throat, some swelling of the throat and slight stomach upset. I usually get these same symptoms before it turns into a nasty cold, then bronchitis. I ve been extremely busy, not getting enough rest and a bit run down. Adrienne

Hello,
This is a case of URTI along with gastroenteritis.
Take Tab augmentin(1gm) twice daily, Tab sinnarest-nf twice daily. Tab vit-C(500) twice daily. Also, gargle with warm saline gargle 4 times daily.
