What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness While On Warfarin?

About 5 months ago I suffered a bad virtigo attack spinning and vomiting ,I went to the ane dept had arterial fib ,I was kept in for four days for various tests to see if I had had a stroke ,no evidence was found of a stroke or blood clot,I was discharge and was put on Bisoparol 5 m warfarin ,the problem is I still feel fatigued and light headed ,I have been to the doctors twice of which they said it could be a viral lym or possible menires disease,I am due a cardio version when I get an appointment,the light headed ness and dizzy spells are slowly wearing of but I am not 100 per cent.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the dizziness and fatigue indicates possible side effect of blood thinner warfarin. Though the fatigue is not directly concern of side effect profile of the warfarin, underlying issues of low hemoglobin, vitamin deficiency or others have to be worked out in details.
