What Causes Fatigue And Dizzy Spells In A Hypertensive Person?
I have been on two lots of high blood pressure tablets for years, over the last year I have lost 4 stone in weight, deliberately as I was considerably overweight, recently I have noticed feelings of exhaustion, fatigue, sometimes feeling dizzy and light headed and a tickly cough, could there be a connection?

Make sure that your blood pressure is well within the normal range. Too high and too low blood pressure may cause similar symptoms. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
