Hello,

I see you are using thyroxine regularly, this is a medication for thyroid function and needs regular blood tests to make sure the level of the hormone is in the right numbers. If you have not had a TSH and FT4 in the last 6 months you might need to have it repeated to make sure your thyroid is doing well as some of your symptoms may be related to the thyroid function if it is not working well.

Otherwise if the physical examination is normal and all blood tests and heart examination (ECG, heart ultrasound) and lungs (chest xray) come out normal and you have the fatigue then anxiety and depression can be considered, your doctor might give you a form with questions to answer and if you score a certain level he might diagnose or rule out depression and anxiety.

As for the last episode of cold and shivers with night sweats if it is less then a week it can be due to a common cold but if it is lasting more then a week you will need medical check again to rule out other infections.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
