What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness When Suffering From Prostate Cancer?
My 75 year old husband is always tired. He sleeps well ,but wakes up tired .Diagnosed prostate cancer 4 yes ago ,his last psi was 2.5. He has high blood pressure ,takes med for that. His family wants a sleep study. If think he needs carotid study , or heart study. He eats well memory is good

Sleeping but waking up tired may be due to sleep obstructive apnea so a sleep study would be helpful to rule it out.
Also, a heart examination (ECG, heart ultrasound) to check the function of his heart and CBC (to rule out anemia) would be advisable.
