Hi,

Many patients with PsA (psoriatic arthritis) experience temporary remissions. Hence on stoppage of drugs, Your joint symptoms are controlled. In case you have used anti-TNF-α agents, reactivation of latent TB is a possibility in view of tiredness and irregular fever.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
