General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Tiredness you are experiencing is due to side effects of beta-blocker. The tiredness will slightly improve once your body gets used to the medication.

However, if the fluttering sensation in chest persists, please be advised to follow up with your cardiologist to rule out rhythm abnormalities.

Rhythm abnormalities(arrhythmias) can occur after Myocardial Infarction and can be benign or more serious ones requiring treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
