My TSH/Free T4 in August was 1.17/ .111 My doctor lowered my levothyroxine from .100 to .75 My TSH/Free T4 in May was 1.5 / .034 My doctor lowered my levothyroxine from .125 to .100 I was on .125 for years, but still had symptoms - fatigue, hair falling out, but was able to maintain my weight. Now I am gaining weight even if I don t eat and I am exhausted. Any input would be appreciated. P.S. 2 years ago my TPO level was over 4000.

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
It could be because your Levothyroxine was reduced but to be sure you need to repeat TSH test and if it's high then it will explain the reason why you are gaining weight and feeling exhausted.
But i case your repeat TSH is normal you we need to evaluate other causes of your problem like Diabetes, Adrenal disorders, Vitamin D deficiency etc.
I advise you first do Serum TSH test and revert back to me.
Hope you find this information useful.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
Regards.
