What Causes Fatigue And Headache After Taking Venofer?

Dear Sir Maybe i need a consultation from you regarding blood test....i was diagnosis Anemia with iron defienciecy and thalasemia trait. And they gave me Venofer. every 2 week. Before this my Hemoglobin is 9.2-9.5 only. But after the venofer, my hemoglobin change to 11.5 but my white cell suddenly become a bit lower compare before. Before this my white cell is 9.00-11.00 and now drop to 4.35 . Unfortunately after taking the venofer couple of times, i become so weak and fatigues. i got worst headache and asthma at the same time, fever on and off for couple of day. Please advise
