What Causes Fatigue And Headache Along With Dizziness?

I ve been feeling quite tired and getting headaches non stop and feeling dizzy every now and then. and today i woke up with red eyes ( although i slept well) and kept feeling faint and strained even though i didn t do much today. Do I need to visit the doctors or is it common?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fatigue and headache along with dizziness . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis. Sometimes ear infection occur due to postnasal drip due to sinusitis. You should avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily . I would suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication. Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug, sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants,drain sinus and prescribe some ear aid. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for reasons like migraine.
