What Causes Fatigue And Headaches On Infusion Of Methotrexate?

Hi... I had my first injection of methotrexate and having bad fatigue, headache and stomach issues... Also have tingling on my scalp . I am taking this for lupus and concerned if this is normal and worried if my hair is going to fall out and it does off snd on due to lupus... Also making me cry easily

Thanks for the query..
I understood your problem completely. These are the usual adverse effects of methotrexate, no need to worry for that. Long term use of methotrexate can cause megaloblastic anemia, fatigue etc. I advice you to take folinic acid supplements which will prevent these adverse effectcs.
