What Causes Fatigue And Loss Of Balance?

hi. a couple mornings ago, when i woke up, my whole right side felt like lead. i was off balance and felt weak. it only lasted a few minutes and i ve felt fine since. i m trying to determine if it may have been something serious enough to go to the ER with, or if it s fine to make an appt with my doctor and wait to be seen.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Many medical conditions may give you such a presentation. Some possible causes may include:
-Metabolic/ionic disorders like hypoglycemia, low calcium, low magnesium, low sodium
-Anemia
-Dehydration
-Systemic infections
-Poor sleep
-Poor diet
I will suggest you try the following:
*Rest well
*Eat healthy and balance
*Regular fitness exercises
*Drink enough fluids
*Take some multi vitamins
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for investigation.Test like blood sugar, serum electrolytes, full blood count, vitamin levels may help to identify the cause of your problem.
Hope this will help
Best regards
