What Causes Fatigue And Middle To Upper Back Pain?
I ve been having middle to upper back pain for about 3 or 4 weeks. It s a dull pain that radiates out into my ribcage. There doesn t seem to be any particular activity that brings it on. I also have been feeling fatigued lately especially my legs. I also have been getting muscle examples more frequently, my water consumption has been normal, about 8 glasses a day.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue and middle to upper back pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like tiredness, asthma, chest Infections, chest Pain. irregular heart rate, indigestion, bad dreams , fibromyalgia or trapezius muscle problem . I would suggest you to keep your posture right while working , apply warm compresses several times a day and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist for heart problem or chest specialist for chest infection .
