I ve been having middle to upper back pain for about 3 or 4 weeks. It s a dull pain that radiates out into my ribcage. There doesn t seem to be any particular activity that brings it on. I also have been feeling fatigued lately especially my legs. I also have been getting muscle examples more frequently, my water consumption has been normal, about 8 glasses a day.
