What Causes Fatigue And Muscle Ache?
For the past 2 months, I have experienced fatigue, vague aches and pains in muscles, poor concentration and periods of mild fever. Was treated with antibiotics for sinus infection about 3 weeks ago which temporarily helped, but symptoms have returned. Any ideas?

If the symptoms occur acutely (over a short period of time), then it may be related to a viral illness but if there are persisting then other causes may need to be considered. You may need blood tests such as complete blood count and ESR (checks for inflammation in the body).
Inflammation can be due to infection, allergy, autoimmune disease (such as lupus, RA), etc.
