What Causes Fatigue And Nausea After Having Lunch?

I went to go out to lunch on Tuesday and 15 minutes later is began to feel weak and nauseated. I got our food to go, drove 5 minutes to our house, and threw up a few times. I ve a little diarrhea off and on, and very tired. I am feeling better but still not well. I do have sinus/allergies and at any moment I will cough followed by extreme phlem. I m not getting over whatever this is as soon as I think I should be over.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By your history and description, possibility of acute gastroenteritis (food poisoning) is more likely. The lunch yourself have eaten might cause to infection to intestine. So better to avoid junk food, outside food.
Take only freshly prepared home made food. Eat more curd and yogurt. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Take probiotic drug. Along take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination on empty stomach twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
