What Causes Fatigue And Night Sweats While On Metoprolol?

Later in the day I start to feel fatigued and weak. During the day I have no fever, but at night I will have night sweats and a temperature around 101°f, my resting heart rate is 75, but it is usually at 65. My blood pressure typically at 148/82, a take Metoprolol, since last May due to a cardiac event, at that time they completed a through cardiac testing and every thing is finally. I have 3 uncles on my Dad side to be diagnosed with kidney cancer

Many of those symptoms are caused by Metoprolol. But due to your kidney cancer history, you should have further examination.
