Hi,

Fatigue and poor concentration could be due to low iron levels in blood and anemia. Kindly check your blood for Compete Blood Count and Peripheral Smear Examination.

If you are found to have anemia, you need to be supplemented with iron through diet and medications. Along with it you also need to take hemopoietic vitamins namely Vitamin B6, Folic acid, and Vitamin B12.

Supplementation with protein in the form of powder mixed with milk taken twice daily would also be beneficial. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
