General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in center of chest, radiating to left arm, should never be neglected as there can be underlying ischemia or coronary circulation as there is pulse irregularity observed by you as well. Kindly get an EKG done at an ER for best evaluation and further guidelines to cure it at earliest before any worsening of the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
