What Causes Fatigue And Severe Abdominal Distention?

Different types of cancer run in my famly, I am very fatigued all the time, have gained 45 pounds for no reason in my stomach (I look pregnant), I have horrible pain in my upper stomach. My knees, joints and muscles hurt and give out from time to time. I need help to know does this sound like any sound like any form of cancer or disease? I also have a pain between my vaigina and my butt hole. I had the early stages of cervical cancer after having my 3rd child and had a partial hysterectomy. Then six years later one of my ovaries fell and they went in to put it back up and had to remove it because it started bleeding then one month later my other ovary flipped and they had to remove it so that age 37 had a total hysterectomy. While having my first surgery they did the mesh placement as well because of bladder leakage as well.
