What Causes Fatigue And Stress In A 57 Year Old Man?

I am a 57 year old male, non smoker or drinker. I have been having moderate fatigue symptoms over the last few months. Little stress, work 29 hours a week, easy job, AVR 8 years ago with good checkups every year. I work hard in my yard 1 day a week but nothing else too strenuous http://www.healthcaremagic.com/web/images/ui/consultNew.png

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Most check-ups would include a panel of blood tests, if these are normal every year then it would indicate that there is likely no infection or disease of the kidney or liver that is affecting function. If these are not done, you may want to have them assessed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
