What Causes Fatigue And Tightness In Hands And Face?
Hi Doctor,i am feeling lethagic and also my hands face and stomach feel tight and feels like they are swallen but cannot really see any change.what do you think may have caused this.I have been suffering from a migrain the last 3 days and have had a reall bad arguement at hme for the last 2 as well.

You may be suffering from adrenergic fatigue syndrome. Panic attack may present like this. Drink plenty of liquids, use tablet evion 400 once a day for one week. Use tablet tramadol for headache. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
