What Causes Fatigue And Tingling Pain On The Face, Limbs And Back?

Hi, I have had ongoing tingling in my face for 5 months. I have been checked for MS with MRI of brain and cervical spine in which both were normal. I was deficient for B12 and now do injections once a month. B-12 was checked and now in range. I now have random pain everywhere with ongoing tingling in face arms legs back and feet, also fatigued. I have been checked for ANA titer, lyme disease, SJorgans and all were normal.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having symptoms due to vitamin b12 deficiency.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply an anesthetic gel like lignocaine gel twice a day on more affected part.
4. Other treatment options are oral gabapentin, carabamazepine and amitryptiline taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
