What Causes Fatigue And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Back?

About a month ago, I noticed I started feeling fatigued. Also noticed I started having at times sharp tingling feeling on my left lower to mid back area . I feel discomfort but no pain. No fever. No real tightness of chest but at times my lungs feel like there burning if i sneeze . It feels like pressure which may go from lower to middle part of my left back area. I had chest ex ray aand and it shows normal. Blood work (cbc) shows normal with the exception of raised hematocrit 51.6 and hemaglobin 18.0 red blood count 5.89. I m having a strong oder that I can smell but goes away. I m 57 years old. Don t smoke or drink. Weight 210 in generally good health until lately,

What about a thyroid dysfunction? it is the most common under diagnosed cause of fatigue these days.
