What Causes Fatigue And Weakness Along With Chest And Neck Pain?

I had a heart attack 5 years ago when I was 60. In the last week taking a hot shower has caused feelings like fatigue and weakness. I am also experiencing pain right below my breast bone in the middle of my chest along with pain in my neck and weak feeling in my left arm. Could this be angina?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be angina or may not be because it is not so certain and to clear the doubt it is better to get done the EKG because it is the only way to rule out this else it can not be taken as granted and can not be neglacted once it is th history of cardiac infraction hope this information helps.
