What Causes Fatigue And Weight Agin?

I was Diag.With Iron deficiency anemia two years ago, treated with Fe SUpps.Then had a Thyroidectimy a year and a half ago, with fluctuating levleing for the thyroid replacement.. I also take Calcium supps-which they finally figured needed to be spread out to not interact with each other. Have not been feeling well, gained weight, very fatigued, moody-- and new Blood tests show HyPO, low FE, and VIt D deficiency??It seems it is all related somehow but not sure HOW? Could you explai it SIMPLY?

Hi,Thanks for consulting at HCM.
Hypothyroidism can cause iron deficiency by decreasing acid secretion in stomach thus iron is not absorbed by the body.Increase menstruation in hypothyroidism is another cause.Vitamin D deficiency is more common and due to lack of sunshine,veg diet and enzyme deficiencies.It affects all systems and you you need to take supplements.
