What Causes Fatigue, Black Stools And Low BP While Suffering From Low RBC Count?

Body does not produce red blood cells. I have had two colonospy two upper gi swallow a pill with camera bone marrow checked and it was normal stomach scan blood and iron intrevienouusly on a regular bases. This has been going on for two years. Extreme fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, stool turns comlpletely black after the iron. No high blood pressure sometimes really low. Good bit of pain in stomach. What or who should I see for this.

Dear what I can guess the reason of your trouble ,may be due your life style and faulty food habits , Our health depend on what we eat , when we eat & how we eat , and activity also plays important role as for as health is concerned
I suggest you If you eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of dairy, fish, fruits and vegetables, you should get enough of the nutrients you need every day, but if you're not getting enough of nutritious diet ,you may need to complement your diet by multivitamins and supplements .
You can follow the below regimen for greater success .

Diet should include all essential nutrients -main diet of fibers ,fruit, veges in raw form vitamins & minerals in natural form , almonds ,nuts , all antioxidants- raw ginger, garlic , lemon juice with water , bitter gourd juice 20-25 ml Aloe vera juice 25 ml + Amla juice 2 spoons , fenu greek powder 1 spoon with water ,turmeric powder a level spoon with cup of hot milk at bed time ,
Avoid fried , fast foods tea ,coffee ,alcohol ,smoking ,mental stress ,worry anxiety and most important is to clear you bowls . as constipation is mother of all ills .
Last but not the least for proper blood crculation , regular walk , exercise , yoga pranayam-deep breathing proper rest & sound sleep , helps in detoxifying and strengthening the immune system to enhance resistance from diseases and pave way for healthy , happy ,disease free life .
