What Causes Fatigue, Bloating, Mood Swings, Acne, Hair Loss And Sore Breasts?

I am 30 yrs old..haven t been sexually active until approximately four weeks ago. I have had my period..it seemed normal. I m experiencing fatigue, stomach bloating, mood swings, acne, sides of my breasts are sore and am experiencing an increase in hair loss. What could this be? I ve taken a home pregnancy test yesterday..it was negative.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think this all can be related to thyroid issues possibly hypothyroidism.
You should test T3,T4 and TSH levels. Also get tested for iron deficiency anemia.
