What Causes Fatigue, Chest Pain And Excessive Sweating After Having Food?
Hi there. I’m asking about my boyfriend, he is with me right now. He has indigestion after 30mins after each meal, accompanied by hot flashes & sweating, fatigue, and a lot of gas and gas pain. Also, there’s sharp pain in the center of his chest, between his rip cages, which comes and goes at random. It doesn’t seem to matter what or how much he eats. Today is day 4. I’m debating to take him to the ER, but he does not want to go. What does this sound like?

Based on the history you have shared, he needs to use antacids like omperazole before meals as well as motility agents like domperidone however baseline work up as well thyroid profile needs to be done. Symptoms needs evaluation for work up of carcinoid syndrome etc so an endocrinologist opinion should also be sought.
