What Causes Fatigue, Cold Sweats, Stomach Pain Radiating To Chest?

My husband and I went to dinner this Friday night and he had fried egg rolls, a burger, and french fries. When we got home he started to complain that he was having pain in his upper stomach and center and right side of his chest. He went to bed for the evening, when he woke up the next morning he still had these sharp pains in his stomach and shooting up to the center of his chest and his center/right chest and arm were aching. He's had a headache and off and chills, and mild cases of diarreha. Since it was the weekend, we went to an urgent care to have checked out. He described all his symptoms to the doctor...his blood pressure was high 162/110 but his pulse, heartbeat, and oxygen levels were good. We specifically asked could this be heart attack related...she said no. What else could this symptoms be? He's tired, with cold sweats, stomach pains with gas, and pain from the stomach shooting up in the center of his chest.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of upper abdomen and chest occurred after consuming food, there is probability that the pain occurred due to indigestion and gastritis.
Indigestion and indigestion can lead to pain in the chest region.
Thus, the symptoms are more suggestive of pain due to gastritis.
Heart attack or angina pain is also centered in the chest center.
The pain is usually associated with sweats, anxiety and the pain can radiate toward shoulders and left arm.Treatment for gastritis and indigestion is needed.
High blood pressure has to be monitored.
If the blood pressure remains high anti-hypertensive treatment has to be started.

Thanks and take care
