What Causes Fatigue, Confusion And Dizziness Leading To Variation In Blood Pressure?

my husband is experiencing fatigue, confusion and dizziness and when he s felling this way he is taking is blood pressure. it is measuring at 90-100 over 60-65. This is happening when he over exerts like working in the yard, being in the sun, or after a night of drinking alcohol 2-3 shots. this is happening more frequently in the last few months.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
His problem of fatigue, dizziness.confusion seems to be related to low BP.Triggered by hard work,alcohol consumption. Both the activities are consuming excessive energy.& so his BP falls.
Please get him checked by a physician for finding the cause ( under nutrition( less eating or problems in digestion ), Anemia, some chronic disease, may be some hormonal problem.a specific medication would help him out.
