What Causes Fatigue, Diarrhea, Severe Headache And Muscle Pain?
Just returned from a missions trip to Africa with my husband and daughters 16 and 17. I am the only one having issues - fatigued, diarhhea, severe headaches and muscle aches. Cannot sleep due to being so uncomfortable. Have a cough, but not a bad one. We had malaria, Hep A, Typoid shots before we went. Should I go to a doctor to be checked out or is this something that just needs to run it s course like a virus? My email address is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you!

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the malaria and some kind of infection then such symptoms are very likely and this can be well managed and for that you have to get done some routine test if this comes negative then no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
