What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Cold In A Child?
13 yr old daughter had a near syncope in school today- said saw black dots and hearing diminished and cold sweat, weak and dizzy- lasted few minutes. now at home with slight headache. mentioned to me that she had not drank any water since last night.

It might be a viral infection.
As of now, ask him to drink plenty of water to keep him hydrated and take rest.
You can give him antipyretics like Acetaminophen for fever.
Nothing much to worry and he will be fine in a couple of days.
