What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Tiredness?

the last couple days I have had extreme fatigue, dizziness light headed,cant chew jaw is tired all the time, neck sore, arms, shoulder pain and weakness cant move them much they feel heavy and over worked no matter what I try to do and doing nothing.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden onset of symptoms then it could be due to some viral infection if this is not so then it could be due to some functional condition and in either way it can be well managed with "Acetaminophen 500 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
