What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness, Muscle Weakness, Sore Throat, Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

Hi I m a psychologist - have a 38 y.o. female with following symptoms: Extreme Fatigue, dizziness, muscle weakness, sore throat, abdominal pain under ribs and on the right side, frequent urination, shaking, pain in necks, shoulders and legs, leg swelling, foot pain, muscle twitching in the feet and legs, vision problems, shaking... some sound like Lyme Disease - she has been checked for liver problems, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis ...I know quite a bit about Lyme and that both Elisa and Western Blot can both give false negatives...I m wondering about other autoimmune disorders - your thoughts?

* As per my clinical experience, the multiple symptoms indicate underlying systemic disturbances which may be trace elements, vitamin deficiencies, the immune response to neurotransmitters or else.
* The patient requires intensive evaluation clinically with a thorough history and relevant tests to fix the diagnosis and further care. As the assembly of symptoms does not point to a particular diagnosis at a glance.
