What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness, Nausea And Low Energy?
I am a female 30 yrs old. I have been feeling really fatigued, dizzy and at times nausea. My energy levels sometimes go so low that i can hardly get out of bed. Sometimes my appetite is normal but other times i crave sugar or not want any food at all. I have done to almost five pregnancy tests in the last month and all are negative. Beside's my period has been regular. What could be wrong??
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, possibility of hypothyroidism or anemia or vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency is more likely. So get done blood reports like CBC (complete blood count), thyroid function test (TSH, free T3 and T4), vitamin B12 and D3 levels. You may need iron pills if hemoglobin is low. Levothyroxin tablet is the treatment of choice for hypothyroidism. Vitamin B12 and D3 supplements are also required if Deficiency is there. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
