What Causes Fatigue, Fever, Night Sweats, Weight Loss And Nausea?
My symptoms are fatigue, fever(100\102), itchy skin(mostly hands,feet,and back),weight loss, cold hands and feet, nausea (sometimes vomit), night sweats, tenderness on upper abdomen, rapid heart rate(120 at rest), unable to eat a full meal, deep breaths cause alot of pain under left rib cage

Your symptoms are suggestive of a chronic infection or a metabolic disorder. I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count for anemia
- A resting ECG
- A chest X-ray study
- PCR, ESR for inflammation
- Thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction
