What Causes Fatigue, Fluttering Stomach, Nausea And Flu Like Symptoms?

Hi! I don t know if i should be worried or not, i woke up this morning with great difficulty and tiredness and a weird sensation like fluttering in my upper stomach. i also feel nausea, i have a headache and i feel very cold - it s possible that i have a low fever. I know it sounds like a flu, but i ve never before felt this kind of tickle in my abdomen right under my ribs. Should i be worried, or just treat it as a flu?

Hi

Your symptoms are suggestive of acute viral fever. Antipyretics and pain killers can be used to reduce fever and headache. Any other symptoms such as burning urination, loose stools should be ruled out. Incase of high fever (more than 100) or fever for more than 3 days should be investigated by blood tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
