What Causes Fatigue, Headache And Night Sweats?

I have been feeling unwell for a while, fatigue so bad I can t function all day, bad headaches, night sweats/high temp, generally aching. My ggt is 198, alt, and alp are all raised and I have blood and white cells in urine. Any ideas aa to the cause?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the presence of an infection in the urine. I suggest to use an antibiotic to clear the infection such as Ciprofloxacin. I also suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
