What Causes Fatigue, Headaches And Neck Pain?

About 10 years ago my husband was having MS like symptoms. They all tested negative but an MRI found a syrinx in his neck. His symptoms are getting worse. He had an MRI about 3 weeks ago and they said nothing about seeing the syrinx. What happens if it ruptures? Could that be why he is so much worse? He is experiencing extreme fatigue, headaches, neck pain and weakness, hand and leg weakness, burning feeling of skin, numb paths all over body, constant twitches and body tremors, left ear numbness, vision problems, knee pain and weakness.
