I AM 75 YR, OLD FEMALE, HAVE RECENTLY BEE NOTICING
FATUQUE, HEART POUNDING ENOUGH I CAN HEAR MY HEART BEATING IN MY EARS AND SHORTNESS IF BREATH. WAS STARTED 2 WEEKS AGO ON PREDISONE FOR PAIN IN LEFT EYE, SOME PAIN IN LT. TEMPERAL AREA, HIP PAIN. LOWER BACK PAIN AND SO ON. MY MOTHER ALSO HAD TEMPERAL ARTERITIS, DIED OF MYLO DYSPLASIA. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU MIGHT OFFER, L. MUSSER

You are aged 75 years, so never think that you may die, the death will never touch you. You have enough of diseases, and getting treatment.
You might have had the tests done for new problem.
It appears to be due to the gastric irritation due to the drugs you are using especially the prednisone.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such heart sounds omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
