What Causes Fatigue, Lack Of Appetite And Dark Urination?

I have been feeling crappy for a few weeks now. Very lethargic, tired, no appetite etc. My urine was a dark brown and then after a while it was bloody. My back (lower right) started to hurt. I tried to get into see my doctor but cant till the 13th. I went to quick care and they said it was a bladder infection. Gave me an antibiotic and that is better but the urine is still dark brown. This morning I was sick to my stomach. I have little red spots (not itchy or sore) on my lower legs and tops and bottom of my feet. I m getting concerned.

Hello,

Dark brown urination with lack of appetite and fatigue narrate possible development of jaundice and its manifestations. You require to evaluate via lab tests of complete blood counts and liver function tests as SGPT, SGOT and urine microscopy for bile salts and pigments.

Do discuss the need of investigations with your doc and welcome any time for further follow up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
