What Causes Fatigue, Night Sweats, Mood Swings And Stomach Ache?

My friend is having multiple symptoms that have been going on for a few months. She has had blood work done twice to check for Celiac, adrenals, hormones, blood sugars. All have come back negative. She is in her early 30s Her symptoms are: Fatigue      Night sweats      Random pains      Foggy brain/unable to think clearly/problem solve/hold attention      Mood swings      Sunspots on skin Difficulty handling stress Headaches Back/neck pain→severe to mild Stomach pains “just don’t feel right”

She may be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome or somatoform disorders. Also, there is a possibility of chronic stress disorder.

Do regular exercise and yoga may be useful. Please consult your psychiatrist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
