What Causes Fatigue, Restlessness And Stomach Pain When Hemoglobin Levels Are Low?

my daughter is suffering from low hemoglobin 2 weeks ago it was 6 and she was suffering from swolen face and legs feeling very weak and tired and pain in the stomach she was treated and at present her heomoglobin is 8.9 but she is still feelin tired and complains of fatiqe and restlessness we had a sonography and it stated that there is calyceal fullness in right kidney , before 2 weeks she had infection in urine but noe the urine report is normal and her creatinine 2 weeks ago was also 0.5 pls advice

The calcyeal fullness can be a normal variant or can be due to urine outflow obstruction like in stones, infections or structural abnormalities.

Normal creatinine and urinalysis now show that kidneys are not being the reasons of her low hemoglobin.

Stomach pain can refer to ulcer or inflammation which can lead to blood loss leading to low Hb. She might need to undergo endoscopy if all other causes of anemia are ruled out.

Low hemoglobin needs detailed evaluation by a medical specialist or hematologist so please visit one.

Meanwhile continue taking iron, folic acid and B12 supplements.
