Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Fatigue, Right Testicle Pain And Pelvic Joint Pain?
I have rhs pelvic pain for 2 yrs, tried abdominal scans 2 yrs ago didn t find anything so left it. Now pain is worse. I feel fatigue at work, pain seems to radiate from right testicle. When feeling right testicle there s something I can feel at the back of the testicle, not sure if it s some small growth or just the epididymis. I also have right leg pains, esp the ankle and pelvic joint. Pain in the abdomen area worsens when I have lots of wind (which is most of the time these days). I also pass stool more frequently now as I need to visit loo after having lunch daily. Maybe because there s some inflamation in abdomen area + wind occupying most space. + the right testicle seems to be pulling down causing pain in the right pelvic area. Confused if the cause is testicle related, or maybe due to a hernia in the groin area or bowel related. Help please!
I suggest you to get ultrasound of the testis to assess the testicles and epididymis. In addition, urine culture and semen culture should also be done to look for evidence of infection. Urinary tract infection can also lead to pelvic pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
