Hello and welcome to HCM,
Certain investigations are required to know the exact cause of your symptoms.
I suggest you to get some basic investigations done: complete hemogram with peripheral blood examination, ESR and thyroid function test.
Anemia can lead to
tiredness and sluggishness.
Under functioning thyroid (
hypothyroidism) can cause anemia, sluggishness, tiredness, lack of concentration, etc so thyroid functions should be assessed.
Soreness of side of head could be due to
giant cell arteritis. Giant cell arteritis is an inflammatory condition affecting the vessel wall. ESR will be raised in this condition, however, further tests are required to diagnose this condition.
On the other hand
tension headache suggests some mass lesion in head.
A
CT scan may be required to look for any mass lesion in brain.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment, prescription of investigations and thus management.
Thanks and take care
