What Causes Fatigue, Swelling In Legs And Blue Finger Tips?

my hb is 8.6,tlc -12500,eosinophil-23 , p.c.v -29.2 ,i have swelling in my legs with pitting and sometimes get swelling in my fingertips with hardness and they turn blue, feel feverish at night, get breathless easily feel fatigue all the time. pl. advice monica
