What Causes Fatigue, Thirst, Swollen Glands, Excessive Sweats, Muscle Aches And Breathlessness?
I am very concerned. I m a professional that has a lot of energy. In the last two weeks I started having s/s of severe exhaustion, thirst, swollen glands, sweats, muscle aches, shortness of breath. The is no temperature but i feel terrible. It doesn t seem to be getting better.

You need to take a set of blood tests to assess your general health.Blood pressure,Complete blood count,Blood sugar,Ecg or Echo should be done as a first step.Anemia and cardiac dysfunction should be ruled out mainly whenever there is a history of breathlessness or fatigue.
