What Causes Fatigue, Visible Veins In Hands And Throbbing In Armpit?

not sure how this works. on some days i get very fatigued with tired muscles, joints, ankles, etc. i mean lie down on the bed fall asleep immediately fatigued. i've noticed that when it happens i can really see the veins in my hands but that could be a coincidence because of the cold. sometimes my armpit throb when it happens. any ideas?

*Visible veins are probably not related to fatigue but decreased subcutaneous
fat planes likely.
*Reasons for generalised fatigue has to be evaluated clinically as well as
diagnostic point of view by various tests for differential diagnosis of - Thyroid
disorder - Diabetes Mellitus - Anemia - underlying generalised pathology
giving rise to same symptoms - Muskuloskeletal disorders - neurology related
