What Causes Fatigue With Feeling Cold All The Time?

I ve been feeling really tired sluggish, cold all of the time. and ive had blood test done for thyroid and for Diabetes and almost everything you can think of but the doctors say nothing is wrong and everything is normal I need some answers.Ive been like this for a while and also I sweat a hole lot to, and no energy I m 27 years old.

Hi Dear
looking through your symptoms gives a clue towards thyroid hormonal imbalance but since the reports for thyroid and diabetes are absolutely i will suggest you to go for a complete blood count with ps examination to rule out anaemia as it is one of the most common cause of fatigue and feeling of tiredness.
