What Causes Fatigue With Nails Getting Detached From Fingers?

I am a 23 year old woman. I am 5'8 and 145 pounds. I am fairly healthy, although, I am always tired. (I don't know if that could be related.) In the past few weeks I have noticed that the nails on my ring fingers and started to become detached on the tips of my fingers and they are sore. Is their any sort or deficiency or any other problem that could be causing this?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have symptoms of fatigue and nail problems. They are commonly seen in hypothyroidism or iron deficiency anemia.

You should go for complete blood count and T3, T4 and TSH level. It will give you exact idea.

Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
